Conceived as an elevated open space, Semesta captures westward ocean views while remaining framed by the surrounding urban landscape. The rooftop pool and bar sit opposite one another with a fluid, connected layout, allowing both to be experienced as one continuous environment, enhanced by a cohesive material palette of recycled timber decking, terrazzo flooring, and timber ceiling screens. With a total water volume of approximately 194 cubic meters, the pool is divided into adult and children’s zones, ensuring both safety and inclusive use, while the bar’s relaxed yet refined ambience reinforces a resort-like atmosphere.
